IT Sales Manager

We are looking for a passionate sales manager, who has experience working in a startup environment and ready for challenges. Though we are a startup we don’t work in chaos and invest time to build processes, which create a productive environment. We need a person who is not afraid of outbound activity and ready to work hard on building his own pipeline.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- English. Upper-intermediate(B2) or Advanced(C1);

- Experience in sales, preferably B2B;

- Experience with CRM systems;

- Experience in outbound sales;

- Understanding of Sales pipeline and funnel;

- Knowledge of sales techniques, principles;

- Passion for technology and digital solutions;

- Experience with client’s needs assessment;

- Experience with the IT industry.

A PLUS:

- German or Spanish, Upper-intermediate or advanced;

- Project management skills;

- BA skills;

- Experience with any of the following industries Blockchain, Real Estate, IoT, Data Science.
